DoesVitamin C Lower Blood Pressure?

    That's what the Linus Pauling Institute claims. Vitamin C purportedly lowered blood pressure by 9% in a study of 45 subjects who took 500 mg./day. The benefits began about one month after they started taking this dosage. The mechanism is unknown.
