2009-3-16:  The markets fell slightly today. The NASDAQ declined 27.48 (-1.92%) to 1,428. The Dow dipped 7.01 points (-0.1%) to 7,217, and the S&P 500 decreased 2.66 (-0.35%) to end the day at 754. Oil closed at $47.05, while Gold subtracted $8.10 to reach $922. The VIX rose 1.38 to 43.74.   
    Fed Chairman Bernanke reiterated his forecast that the economy would begin to recover by the end of this year: Crystal ball sometimes cloudy. The only other news was public outrage over AG's antics.
